With 13 years of experience in different types of restaurants ranging from casual dining to fine dining Aimee thoroughly enjoys every aspect of the restaurant industry, but it is her work as Special Events Manager that truly feeds her. Her favorite part of her job is the relationships that are formed with so many different people on a daily basis. Working in the heart of the Silicon Valley gives her an opportunity to work with some of the largest companies in the world, and with that comes big responsibilities. Her flexibility and can do attitude make even the most challenging situation easy to overcome. When top executives of local companies are impressed with Aimee’s genuine hospitality and Piatti’s authentic cuisine it is a huge compliment for Aimee and her team and inspires them to exceed expectations.
When not working with the chef to create your ideal menu Aimee can be found continuing her wine education at a local winery or exploring the local farmer’s market.
